i went home for the holidays, as everyone does. this time was different though. Everyone my age or younger finds it perfectly acceptable to ignore present company and play games or text people on their phone. wtf?

how insulting is it to see someone texting while you are watching a movie or eating a meal or even telling them something?

maybe i am just old-school.

Normally, I complile a list of my top 10 records of the year. However, this is the first year I couldn't come up with 10, in fact, I couldn't come up with more than 2.

It really depressed me- a friend and I were talking about and I sat down and thought I just forgot about a bunch. I just went over the list of releases for the whole year
and got 2 picks and one of them was a stretch. wow.
